Prime Invest CJSC is the first licensed brokerage company in the Republic of Tajikistan (licenses No. 01-20 dated September 15, 2015, and No. 01-33 dated October 7, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan). The company has been operating since 2015 on the Central Asian Stock Exchange (CASE).

Breaking New Ground

For the first time in Tajikistan's history, our company facilitated the issuance and placement of domestic corporate bonds on the organized securities market of the country through the trading platform of CASE (OJSC "Central Asian Stock Exchange"). Additionally, we have successfully conducted Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Secondary Public Offerings (SPOs) for many leading companies in the Republic of Tajikistan.
